How you track your actions is really important as otherwise, procrastination can creep in. This is a great game to play with teams who are new to Agile and frameworks like Scrum. It teaches the attendees the benefits of working in sprints, planning, retrospectives and team work.

Reflections is a fantastic way to review what works well for you and what doesn’t. Just 10 minutes a week to note down the positives and negatives to make sure you don ‘t repeat mistakes so you can focus on what went well for you and repeat that!
